Evaluation of Implant Stability with Flexible Synthetic Polymer Bone Graft
The effectiveness of flexible synthetic polymer bone graft in providing stability during implant placement was investigated in a dense cortical bone model. A total of 75 implant sites prepared with three different protocols were evaluated, and torque values were compared between the graft-applied groups. The findings demonstrated that the graft was particularly effective in enhancing implant stability in widened and deepened sites.
