1.Initial Clinical view.


2. Initial periapical x-ray.


3. Surgical removal of an impacted third molar and removal of the associated dentigerous cyst.



4. Reconstruction of the bone defectusing Powerbone Putty and Crunch.




5.Grafted with Powerbone Dental Putty and PowerBone granules.



6.Clinical and radiological views 6 months post-operaticely. Healthy periodontal tissues wiht no bleeding on probing and < 3mm probing depth on the distal aspect of the second molar. The area is covered with keratinized soft tissues, and the architecture of the ridge is adequately restored.The main concern and objective was to fully regenerate the bone defect distally to the second molar, to prevent furhet bone loss and periodontal defects distally to the second molar.
