1. Left: Initial situation showing the resorption of the ridge 5 weeks after the extraction of the UL2. 2.One surgery to augment the ridge and redesign the peri implant soft tissues.
3. 4 months post-op: The generated soft tissue profile with the use of the Cervico healing abutment. The Servico healing abutment by acting as a prosthetic seal for the underlying synthetic bone graft(POWERBONE DENTAL PUTTY) and by supporting the marginal tissue facilitated along wiht the generatin of the proper soft tissue profile the enhancement of the ridge dimensions in a bucco-lingual direction.
4. Final screw-retained implant crown and pa x-ray immediately after fitting. Excellent work by Beever dental laboratory.
5.Alway bluem oral gel for disinfection of the soft tissues.
