Bonegraft

Powerbone Putty

Powerbone Putty is a ready-to-use, moldable bone graft material used in dental and maxillofacial surgery. Its putty consistency allows it to easily adapt to defect areas, supporting new bone formation, shortening the surgical process, and offering the practitioner a practical application. The putty-form bone graft is an easily moldable, biocompatible, and osteoconductive bone regeneration material.

Indications Handling Tips Specifications

Application

The material consists of bioceramic phases such as hydroxyapatite (HA), β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP), or combinations thereof. This content enables controlled resorption and transformation into new bone tissue.

  • Form: Putty (paste-like, moldable)
  • Content: Biodegradable polymer carrier (e.g., PLA/PLDLA)
  • Calcium phosphate-based ceramic phase (β-TCP/HA)
  • Sterilization: Gamma sterilization or ETO (may vary depending on the product)
  • Color: White / bone color
  • Presentation: Sterile syringe or single-use sterile blister packaging
  • Solubility / Resorption time: 6–18 months (depending on content composition)
  • Biocompatibility: Approved by ISO 10993 biocompatibility tests

  • Alveolar ridge augmentation
  • Sinus lift procedures (sinus augmentation)
  • Treatment of periodontal defects
  • Repair of peri-implant bone loss
  • Filling of cystic defects
  • Repair of traumatic or surgical bone defects

  • Ready-to-use form
  • High adaptability to the defect surface
  • Low risk of dispersion, high stability
  • Controlled resorption, transformation into new bone tissue
  • Metal-free, does not create artifacts in radiological follow-up
